Once you have your venue and date confirmed, your next move should be to reach out to your AV provider. Get your AV provider involved as soon as possible.

A laptop loaded with Powerpoint, a slide advancer, an LCD projector, and a screen.

What other types of presentation equipment should I consider for my event?

The cornerstone of every successful event or meeting is proper sound reinforcement. Lighting is a nice addition as well if you want to give your event a little pizzazz!

What if I don’t know exactly what AV equipment or service that I need for my event?

Start with looking at the size of the venue and how many people will be attending. If possible, we are happy to look at the room with you and help you create a vision for your event.
